On 3rd December the Epi Emmons Memorial Group will be holding a rock concert from 12 midday until 8 p.m., to celebrate the holiday season and to raise funds for Relay for Life of Second life. We are very lucky to have been given the use of the Cutting Edge Concert sims in Smugglers Run, near to the Blake Sea. This is a large capacity concert site with 3 1/2 full sims.
The auctions will include some unique, one off contributions from some of our top Second Life designers, including boats, Christmas trees and decorations, artwork, clothing, furniture, jewelry, and many Christmas items for sale. There is something for everyone. There will also be some free gifts, because Christmas is about giving. So come along and get your Christmas goodies, have fun and get the Christmas season underway.
CONCERT DETAILS - all times are Second Life
Artists from Europe and the USA will perform; covering a broad sweep of rock music genres from soft rock, techno/ jazz rock, blues rock to heavy metal and alternative rock. The final act, The Follow, are an alternative rock band who often stream live performances into Second Life. All the performers are incredible musicians who are giving their time and talents to entertain so please come along - enjoy, buy and bid! If we don’t contribute we won’f find a cure.
